We are working on the 6 major chakras (along the SPINE) and then silence.
As we are dealing with the body enhancing its perception to live a daily fulfilled life.
NOTE: You won’t see the mention of the Crown Chakra as the concept of Shat(6) Chakras is only about the Energy Centres along the Spine. The Crown Chakra directly gets positively impacted when one actively cleanses the 6 chakras.
The first 9 Weeks are divided into days
The 6 chakras with deeper meditations are scheduled as:
Day 0 – Basic Meditation as preparation for the journey ahead.
Days 1 – 5 – Root Chakra
Day 6 – Break or Only mindful breathing
Day 7 – 13 – Sacral Chakra
Day 14 – Break or Only mindful breathing
Day 15 – 25 – Solar Plexus Chakra
Day 26 – Break or Only mindful breathing
Day 27 – 39 – Heart Chakra
Day 40 – Break or Only mindful breathing
Days 41 – 57 – Throat Chakra
Day 58 – Break or Only mindful breathing
Day 59 – 62 – Third Eye
Day 63 – Break or Only mindful breathing
