🌿 50-Minute Private Clarity Consultation
This is a focused, no-overwhelm session designed to help you understand why you’re facing a current challenge and what your next aligned steps can be.
We begin with a 3-minute guided breath and body awareness practice to gently calm your nervous system and bring you into presence.
You’ll then have 15–20 minutes to share your current challenge- clearly and honestly, without over-explaining or looping.
From there, I will ask intuitive and structured questions to identify the root of the issue, what’s keeping it in place, and what shifts are available to you right now.
We’ll also explore what kind of support you may need and how I can guide you further through my coaching or programs.
Towards the end, I’ll offer a clear explanation of what’s happening beneath the surface – including how your mind, body, inner child patterns, and ancestral imprints may be influencing your experience.
This session is about clarity, awareness, and direction.
It is not a healing session, but it will help you see yourself and your situation with deeper understanding and honesty.
