Do I need prior healing or meditation experience to join?
No. All practices are guided step-by-step and designed for beginners. You don’t need any previous experience; just willingness to show up honestly.
Will this involve reliving painful memories?
No. This is somatic and subconscious healing, not storytelling. You won’t be asked to narrate trauma. The body releases what it’s ready to release, gently and safely.
What if I feel emotionally overwhelmed during the session?
You’ll be taught grounding techniques throughout the classes. Emotional release is supported in a regulated way, and you remain in control of your experience at all times.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching-based, somatic healing experience focused on awareness, emotional release, and identity integration. It does not replace medical or psychological care.
Will this help if my wounds are connected to marriage or family?
Yes. The entire program is designed around emotional wounds commonly carried by also married women, including abandonment, self-rejection, people-pleasing, resentment, neglect, and generational patterns.
Will this fix my marriage?
This work focuses on you. When your emotional patterns shift, relationships often change naturally; but this is not couples therapy or marriage counselling.
How is this different from mindset or motivational programs?
This works at the nervous system, body memory, subconscious identity, and emotional imprint levels; not just positive thinking. You’re healing the root, not managing symptoms.
